The reverse of the coin depicts a wonderful 3D coloured Holly, with some holly leaves surrounding it in the background. On the reverse of the coins, the inscriptions: "ENAMEL FLOWER COLLECTION" – the name of the series, "HOLLY" – the name of the coin and "1OZ 999 FINE SILVER" – the weight of each coin and the fineness of the Silver.
 
The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "SAMOA" – the issuing country, "2021" - the year of issue and "5 DOLLARS" – the face value.
