In this issue: Frankenstein, the horror creature by Mary Shelley. The coin has Proof quality, features an interesting design and comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of 1.818 pieces worldwide.
 
The reverse of the coin features the face of Frankenstein, with his large forehead and terrific expression. He is the famous creature brought to life through a scientific experiment in which various body parts are reanimated and stitched together. On the reverse also the inscription "Frankenstein" in italics - the name of the coin.
 
The obverse of the coin depicts the Effigy of King Charles III together with the inscriptions: "CHARLES III" - the name of the King, "5 DOLLARS" - the face value and "COOK ISLANDS" - the issuing country.
