Gold and Silver Bullion Canada presents the latest 3 oz. silver coin in the MicroPuzzle Treasures series. In this issue: Doni Tondo by Michelangelo. The coin features over 260 micropuzzle pieces struck in Smartminting High Relief, has detailed coloring and comes in a themed box, with certificate of authenticity. Limited edition of only 499 pieces!
 
The reverse of the coin depicts a beautiful masterpiece by Michelangelo: Doni Tondo. The painting features the Christian Holy family (the child Jesus, Mary, and Saint Joseph) along with John the Baptist in the foreground and shows five ambiguous nude male figures in the background. The inclusion of these nude figures has been interpreted in a variety of ways. The design features three levels in relief: the base, the puzzle and the missing pieces of the puzzle, that lay on top of it. On the left of the reverse, the inscription: “2023” – the year of issue.
 
The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of Palau, surrounded by a beautiful decorative micropuzzle pattern. All around the obverse, the inscriptions: “MICROPUZZLE TREASURES” – the name of the series, “REPUBLIC OF PALAU” – the issuing country and “20$” – the face value. Each coin is individually numbered on the edge.
