The reverse of the coin depicts the Lion of England over a golden background. All around the reverse, the inscriptions: "LION OF ENGLAND" – the name of the coin, "2 OZ FINE SILVER 999" – the weight of the coin and the fineness of Silver and "2022" - the year of issue.
 
The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "5 POUNDS" - the face value, "ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen and "D G-REG-F-D" - the Latin acronym.
