This is the second coin in the Heaven Window of Light series of Macau. This theme as the St. Lawrence Church of Macau.
 
St. Lawrence Church is one of the three oldest churches in Macau, managed by Roman Catholic Diocese of Macau. In the eyes of Portuguese, St. Laurence is a sea god who protects people and tells them wind direction. To this extend, St. Laurence is similar to Goddess Matsu who is worshiped by people in China’s coastal areas.
 
The front side is the main altar inside the church. The high relief is combined with mini stained glass windows to combine the central plane and three-dimensional of the main hall of the church, and the mutual images are presented on the silver coins. The floor tiles are enclosed in the combined geometry of a circle and a regular heptagon, which is used for the Seven-cornered Pavilion of Our Lady of Fatima outside the church. The back side shows the architectural shape of St. Lawrence’s Church.
