The reverse of the coin features the Ox, emerging confidently on this coin and asserting strength and power. Behind the Dragon, which surrounds the Ox with its body, providing protection and tutelage as it charges forward. Behind the pair of animals is an octagonal shape that has immense cultural significance. The 2 Oz Silver coin is struck using a new minting technique that combines 11.5 Oz of Copper between two layers of Pure Silver, resulting in a super Relief, while being stapled with Silver, in Antique Finish.
 
The obverse of the coin shows the back of the dragon and the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the center. All around, the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen, "TOKELAU" - the country of issue, "2021" - the year of issue and "10 DOLLARS" - the face value.
