The reverse of the coin depicts a wonderful image of Themis the Greek Goddess of Justice. On the top of the reverse, the inscriptions: “Goddesis” – the name of the series and at the bottom, “GODDESS OF JUSTICE TEMIDA” – the name of the coin.
 
The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “NIUE ISLAND” – the issuing country, “2022” – the year of issue and “FIVE DOLLARS” – the face value.
