This wonderful 2 Oz Silver coin is the first release in the new and exciting “Demigods” series, dedicated to Achilles, a Greek hero of the Trojan War. The coin presents wonderful and detailed Ultra High Reliefs, features a genuine Hematite insert and comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity.
The reverse of the coin features the wonderful high relief image of Achilles killing Hector with his sword outside the gates of Troy. Hector is holding a shield with an incredible Hematite insert. All around the reverse, the inscriptions: “DEMIGODS” – the name of the series and “ACHILLES” – the name of the coin.
The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “NIUE ISLANDS” – the issuing country, “2017” – the year of issue and “TWO DOLLARS” – the face value.
