The reverse of the coin features the portrait of the Queen of England and Ireland, also known as the Virgin Queen, she ruled from 1558 to 1603. History says that Queen Elizabeth I received many offers of marriage, but she did not accept any of them, hence her nickname. The reverse of the coin features also a little Natural Diamond of diameter 1.3 mm.
 
The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “2022” – the year of issue, “NIUE” – the issuing country and “5 DOLLARS” – the face value, “Ag 999”- the fineness of the Silver.
