About This Bar
Each of these silver bars is stamped with the mint name, purity, and weight. Additionally, you’ll find a unique serial number on the obverse. Since Engelhard stopped producing silver bullion products in the 1980s, these bars are sourced from the secondary market. You may notice signs of wear like scratches or nicks. Designs may vary and bars may be extruded or poured. Please note that the bar you receive will most likely be a cast product, but minted bars are also possible.
