2021 1 oz $2 NZD Niue PCGS 35th Anniversary Cyber Orange Coin
 
These rounds commemorate the 35th anniversary of PCGS, founded in 1986 to bring consistent grading standards to the coin industry. Over the past 35 years, PCGS has transformed numismatics and become one of the most the most trusted names in the industry.
 
The observe:
Most of the surface of the obverse depicts an eagle flying over a wooded landscape.
In a small circle above right, the seal of the nation of Niue; it has what looks like a plant arrangement at centre, within a double ornamental circle, itself surrounded by a circle of sea shells. This is crowned with St Edward's Crown (of the United Kingdom). Around above between the two, the inscription PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE. Below that, a ribbon carries the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on two lines, below which two crossed katoua (Niue fighting clubs). Around above left in the small circle, the face value of the coin: TWO DOLLARS; above right, the date of issue 2021. Around above right near the rim, the face value of TWO DOLLARS again. Around below, the precious metal content: ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER.
 
The reverse:
The reverse design depicts Lady Liberty carrying a shield and a Roman-style sword, which symbolise strength, integrity and security. On the shield the inscription PCGS.
In the background, the rising sun, its rays radiating to the rim of the coin.
Around above, the inscriptions 35TH ANNIVERSARY; around below, VALUE · LIQUIDITY · SECURITY. The anniversary dates 1986 and 2021 are on the left and right side of the figure respectively.
