The reverse of the coin shows a wonderful image of Bacchus, the god of wine, grapevine, fertility and madness. He has a long beard, is surrounded by grapes and holds a cup of wine in his hand.
 
The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Maejesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “"ELIZABETH II" - the name of the Queen, "NIUE” - the country of issue, "2022" - the year of issue, "5 DOLLARS" - the face value and "Ag 999" - the fineness of the Silver.
